THE IMPACT OF THE COMMERCIAL BANK ON THE PERFORMANCE OF SME BUSINESSES TURKEY[Full-Text ] Biola Robertson, MUSTAFAThe study is to analyse the impact of commercial banks on the SMEs performance in Turkey. SMEs make up a large part of the economies of both developed and developing countries. They promote economic progress by opening new positions and supporting changing monetary and social eventualities. It is assumed that commercial banks provide financial support to SMEs through their brokering activities. Previous researchers recognized the lack of cash as a threat to small and medium-sized businesses. In order for SMEs to have an impact on the economy, they need adequate financial resources for their needs. Most of the commercial bank’s praise for improving SMEs in business is widely recognized. Commercial banks help provide credit by receiving from a depositor who doesn’t urgently need that money and passing it as a credit to investors who have wonderful ideas or strategies to add extra generosity to the economy but don’t have the necessary capital to execute these ideas.

To investigate Phase and microstructure of locally available bricks[Full-Text ] Muhammad Shahab Khan, Imtiaz Ahmad, Zeeshan Khan, Muhammad Tahir,Asad Khan, Taseer ShahThe aim of the current research is to study phase and microstructure of different bricks and clay used for bricks. Phase and microstructure of locally available bricks and the material used for manufacturing bricks have been investigated by using Energy dispersive spectroscopy (EDS) or X-ray electron spectroscopy (EDX) and Differential thermal analysis (DTA) techniques. EDS data for different bricks and clay used for bricks shows the presence of Al, Si, Fe, Mg, K, Ca and Na as major elements with little variations whereas clay contain some organic materials which upon firing emits moisture and carbon contents. Dehydration occurs before 200oC, removal of organic material before 550oC, dihydroxylation around 708oC till 900oC no exothermal have been observed to show crystallization of new phases.

PCA Based Face Recognition System[Full-Text ] Md. Rakibul Alam Khan, Halima Akhter"Face Recognition" is a common research work. Now a day’s various techniques are available and in this paper Principal Component Analysis (PCA) have used. PCA use feature extraction and data representation technique which widely used in pattern recognition. In a research paper of Manal Abdullah, Majda Wazzan and Sahar Bo-saeed [1] they have shown the eigrnfaces for the PCA algorithm where eigen values have sorted and those who are less than a specified threshold have eliminated. In PCA a set of eigenface have been computed for a database of face image and then test image has been compared to the images in the database. A specific threshold value has been applied to the image result, which work like a filter for false image detection. A good experimental result has found from image data base. For testing database, we have used OLR and Local database. Threshold value has been applied on trial and error method.

Identification and Prevention of crops disease using AIML[Full-Text ] MS.A.VIDHYAVANI, Atmika Parey, Vedavrath Rapelli, Sarath ChanduAgriculture is the back bone of India. According to 2021 report 58% of Indian population depends on agriculture for their livelihood. Agriculture shares 19.9 per cent of the Indian GDP. Surprisingly though agriculture share 19.9% of the Indian GDP there is no or very little intervention/use of computer-based technology. The agricultural output per acre in much less compared to the international output. The major reason for this is 1.) Poor disease management of the crop and 2.) Non proper use of fertilizer leading to nutritional deficiency in the crop and further exposing the crop to pest infestation/disease.
