Event Recommendation System and Its usage in Digital Marketing[Full-Text ] Shourya Mehrotra,Nageshwara RaoRecommendation system filters information, which consumes users interest and habits in accordance with their inputs and behaviours, and then predict the ranking or preferences for a given product. This impacts how businesses exchange information and improve the user interface between the user and service provider. With a huge set of events or products published all the time in event-based social networks, it becomes scalable and difficult for users to find relevant events that best match their preferences.

Heart Sound Analysis for Detection of Cardiovascular Diseases (CVDs) Through Segmentation[Full-Text ] Rashid Hasan, Salman Ahmed, Altamash AfridiAbnormalities in human heart can be detected by listening to heart sound. This process is known as cardiac auscultation. The heart generates a specific rhythm through which the condition of the heart can be determined. Changes in this rhythm might be due to the abnormalities of the heart. These abnormalities can be diagnosed via cardiac auscultation. Heart doctors or physicians needs to be very experienced and accurate in listening and identifying heart sound as there are many other noises accompanied by it, like lungs sound or internal noise or some external noise.

Green Concrete: Invention, Application And Sustainability[Full-Text ] Sanyukta P. KulkarniGreen concrete is a technological advancement in the construction industry as an effort to promote and practise sustainability. Green concrete makes use of at least one by product from the industry as its raw material. This reduces the exploitation on the raw natural resources and also saves fuel required for production. The debris collected is being efficiently used, thus reducing the disposing responsibility. One of the main advantages of using green concrete is that it promotes sustainability. Reduction in carbon emissions is a prime factor that gets considered. Developing countries are the most benefitted users of green concrete.

Influence of Polymer on the Performance of Bentonite as a Drilling Fluid[Full-Text ] Urmila RDrilling fluids play a vital role in stabilizing the excavation side walls before concreting and to prevent the formation of sludgy layers at the base of excavation by suspending debris to the ground surface. Although bentonite drilling fluid offers borehole stability, cake formation and working space can limit its usage. In the present study, Polymer fluids have been used to prevent the borehole collapse in sandy soil and to bring out the influence of polymer on the performance of bentonite as a drilling fluid which is of great significance in determining the performance of bored piles.

Modal Analysis in a Full-wave Electromagnetic Simulator for Dual-Band Microstrip Antenna Design[Full-Text ] Ngozi Peggy Udeze, Akaa Agbaeze EtengThe analysis of resonant modes simplifies the optimization process required in the design of microstrip antennas. This approach is bolstered by the incorporation of characteristic-mode analysis (CMA) tools in more recent versions of numerical electromagnetic solvers. However, in cases where automated CMA tools are unavailable, physical insights into the antenna behavior can still be obtained by a modal analysis of full-wave electromagnetic simulation results.

Viscometric Studies of the Thermodynamic Properties of Binary Mixtures of a Ketoester and some Straight and Branched Chain Aliphatic Ketones at 298.15 K[Full-Text ] Ayasen Jermaine Kemeakegha and Grace Agbizu CookeyThe kinematic viscosities of the binary mixtures of ethyl acetoacetate with butan-2-one, pentan-3-one, 3-methylbutan-2-one and 4-methylpentan-2-one have been determined using single capillary Ostwald viscometer at various range of solvent composition at 298.15 K. The corresponding dynamic viscosities, η, at the different compositions were calculated from the experimental kinematic viscosity data. The excess viscosities, ηE of the binary mixtures and excess Gibbs free energies of activation for viscous flow, G*E, were derived from the dynamic viscosities and molar volumes of the mixtures.

Investigational Assesment of Cu-Al2O3 Composite Material with Dissimilar Configuration[Full-Text ] R.Bharath, A.Rajasekar, P.Raja, R.DuraimuruganAlumina (Al2O3) retains auspicious physical and chemical properties such as high strength, hardness, elastic modulus and excellent resistance to thermal and chemical environments. However, its solicitations are slightly partial because of underprivileged sturdiness and substandard updraft resistance [1]. On the other hand, most structural ceramics existent poor electrical conductivity. It has been testified that the integration of some amounts of small-size metal elements into an Al2O3 matrix, as in the case of Al2O3, Cu (90%-10%) [2], Al2O3, Cu (80%-20%)[3] and Al2O3, Cu (70%-30%) composites, can suggestively progress both the robustness and electrical properties.
