Biodiesel is an alternative fuel similar to conventional or "fossil? diesel. Biodiesel can be produced from straight vegetable oil, animal oil/fats, tallow and waste cooking oil. The process used to convert these oils to Biodiesel is called transesterification. Biodiesel has many environmentally beneficial properties. The main benefit of biodiesel is that it can be described as "carbon neutral?. This means that the fuel produces no net output of carbon in the form of carbon dioxide (CO2). The largest possible source of suitable oil comes from oil crops such as rapeseed, palm or soybean.

Recycling of Plastic Waste for Household Decoration in Yola North Local Government Area of Adamawa State[ ]


The Study of Recycling of Waste Material for Household decorations was carried out in Yola North Local Government Area (LGA) of Adamawa State. The objective was to produce household decorative items from plastic waste materials by exploring designs of household decorations; flower and flower vase and Christmas tree. The experimental practical design was adopted in the research which involved the production of decorative flowers, Christmas light and flower vase from used plastic materials.

The study examined the effects of cognitive ergonomics on the performance of academic staff of Lagos State University (LASU). Researches especially in Nigeria have focused on how the physical environment and workplace design affect the musculoskeletal system of workers and invariably their long-time health crisis. However, little has been done on the possibilities of cognitive demands of work tasks causing cognitive load especially in academics institution whose employees engaged mostly in cognitive activities. The study aimed to examine how cognitive activities and mental stress of academic staff of LASU affect their performance and body mass index (BMI).

Oil exports play a pivotal role in the Iraqi balance of payments, which makes dependence on oil revenues a major source for financing the public expenditures process, which in turn contributes to weak front and back inter linkages between economic sectors to increase and continue to rely on imports to finance the growing demand for goods and services, which is why Makes the Iraqi economy more vulnerable to penetration and being affected by fluctuations in oil prices and economic and political shifts, and accordingly the research seeks to shed light on the negative effects of the state of almost total dependence on commodity imports and the relationship it has with oil revenues in light of economic data. Accordingly, the standard aspect was relied upon to estimate the relationship between commodity imports and oil revenues of Iraq for the period (1990-2018).

Lie group analysis of a pressure-driven heat and mass transport flow in an inclined magnetic field with a permeable surface[ ]


The study investigates a convective heat and mass transfer of pressure-driven hydromagnetic flow past a fixed permeable surface in the presence of an inclined uniform magnetic field. The Newtonian fluid is influenced by pressure as well as thermal and mass convection in an isothermal system. The governing partial derivative formulated equations are reduced to a system of coupled quasilinear ordinary derivative equations using a scaling Lie group of transformations. Besides,the dimensionless derivative equations are solved analytically using the weighted residual method and the results are validated by comparing it with the shooting technique coupled with the Runge-Kutta scheme of fourth-order.
